For those familiar with TCC, you’re likely aware that, in addition to our Cups and Balls sets, there is another line of products that have also been one of our main product lines – Closeup Pads and Mats.

We released our first highly cost-effective Basic Leather Closeup Pad. To date, we have sold numerous units domestically and internationally, and it remains one of our best-selling accessories. Following the success of our initial Closeup Pads, we released a series of other products including Basic Closeup Mats, Printed Closeup Pads, Super Sponge Card Mats, Luxury Leather Closeup Pads, and Engraved Closeup Pads, offering more choices to Magicians and Magic Enthusiasts around the world. Our exploration of Closeup Pads has never ceased.

Among the many closeup mats/pads we have produced, one of the most popular has been the Closeup Pads with a wooden base.

However, the popularity of the wooden card mat brought some challenges. To address these, we embarked on continuous development, refining its design, materials, usability, and durability.

Today, we're excited to introduce the new Craft Master Limited Edition Wooden Closeup Pad. This time, we've perfected a new wood crafting technique that resolves the minor warping issues inherent in wood, ensuring the card mat remains stable and doesn't wobble during use.

This is what we envisioned a premium close-up pad should look like.

The Limited-Edition Wooden Card Mat series is crafted with a completely new and sophisticated process. After many trials, we've finally used a highly refined technique to produce this card mat. We've upgraded the details while retaining the classic dimensions and features of the previous wooden card mat. The base is made from Ebony and Red Rosewood, offering three times the impact and abrasion resistance of regular plywood. It comes in two new colors: Sapphire Blue with Ebony base and Emerald Green with Red Rosewood.

• The surface is made of specially treated matte velvet fabric, providing a delicate and skin-friendly feel, wrapped around high-quality, high-density sponge for an enhanced feel.
• The base is made from the finest Ebony and Red Rosewood, paired with Sapphire Blue or Emerald Green high-grade velvet fabric.
• New wood craftsmanship addresses the minor warping compared with solid wood, ensuring stability during use.
• The non-slip rubber feet prevent friction between the closeup pad and the table, protecting the mat and ensuring it stays in place, allowing for better focus during performances.
• Inlaid with a custom TCC 13th Anniversary nameplate.
